This with nVidia cards using the closed source driver?
In such case, yes there is problems with the latest version of Xorg and the
drivers released from nVidia, downgrading Xorg will in this case fix it, or
switch to another driver like the nv/vesa would also fix it and of course
switch the graphics card to one from AMD or any other manufacturer.
