Hi, all.

I'm pretty new to Linux. Couple of months ago I installed Ubuntu 7.04
and everything has been hunky dory since. Now, I have a perfectly
working system and pretty much all the software I need, firmly installed
and smoothly rolling. So I'm wondering, is the soon-to-be-released Gutsy
Gibbon significantly better and/or more advanced in its features than
Feisty?

I know, it's probably too early to say for the most part. Also, I've
heard horror stories about dist-upgrading gone awry. And just thinking
about going through the Maemo SDK/Scratchbox -install _again_ is plain
hair-rising...

Still, I'd like to hear what other people in this NG think about it.
Dist-upgrading in spite of certain risks and all the hassle.

My philosophy is and always will be: If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
That is, if your current distro is doing everything you need it to do
without any problems, why do you need to upgrade?
