seriously, that's like asking "which car is easier to drive and the best"
I used redhat when I very first started many years ago, redhat and mandrake
I believe are supposed to be the easiest learning curve. I believe they are
quite large & bloated installations tho which might be a bit much just for
using an internet tv program.
I currently use debian and I find it perfect for me but I have plenty of
linux experience. It can be installed with minimal software to avoid bloat.
I havent used it but perhaps something like xubuntu will be good.
A liveCD version would probably be best to get you up and running but unless
it comes with your internet tv software on the CD/DVD you wont be able to
use it

What is the best linux?
I'm ordering vista ultimate and using partition commander to place either
a
#2or#3partion? To run inernet tv I've found a 100meg program but I have
to
have linux to run it. So which one is the easiest, and best?
.
