What is the best linux?

I'm ordering vista ultimate and using partition commander to place either a
#2or#3partion? To run inernet tv I've found a 100meg program but I have to
have linux to run it. So which one is the easiest, and best?

1. Dump the order for vista ultimate. You're wasting time, money,
resources. And you're supporting morally, ethically, and legally
questionable behavior by a large company with your finances.

2. Go to distrowatch.com and read through the reviews of the top half
dozen or dozen distros. Go to their web sites and look them over. Visit
couner.li.org and see what if any stats they show for adoption of various
distros. Download a couple or five live CDs and work with each of them for
a period of time, to see which handles your hardware best, which seems
easiest to use, which looks nicest, etc. Check that you can the program
you want to use packaged for that distro, and if not, select the next
most favorite distro that that you can get a package for. Install that
distro, install your TV program, and enjoy.
