Why doesn't Ubuntu install in my computer? I have pentium4 1.7GB,with

anyone please help.?

If using a 8.04 cd you may have to hit F6 and set some options for
special machines. The same is available on jaunty, but I don't remember
what f-key you press. Try some different kernel options and see what
happens.

noapm noapic nolapic pci=noacpi
