I would suggest looking at your networking setup and see if you are having
excessive errors.

The updates are available at the rhn.redhat.com web site and the
updates.redhat.com FTP site.

Different drivers, different network settings, (unless you are dual booting)
different hardware. Again, see if you are having excessive errors. Without
more details on the hardware it is hard to provide suggestions. In my
experience wget and curl have been more tolerent of errors and allow you to
"continue" the download if interuppted.

In my experience, providing bad service doesn't get you more customers.
