both privileged and unprivileged users use the win2k machine using the same
guest account.
But only privileged users have username and passwd to access the printer.
windoz asks for passwd only when adding the printer so once added when the
unprivileged user can use the printer using the username and passwd that has
already been cached by windoz.
I need a way to stop that caching so that everytime any one uses the
printer, he has to supply username and passwd.
