How disable firewall ?

Please..I tried several times to change the configuration of the
firewall....from root shell i type SETUP then i go to FIREWALL and i choose
nofirewall,.,,,I can't change the defaul configuration that i Maximum..
How can I disable FIREWALL?????????
I use readhat 7.1
