Locked Directory 11X and more

In Konqueror in directory /etc I see directory 11X as locked and I do
not see directory X11. When I open Kterm and go to directory /etc
and do a ls or dir I see no directory 11X but do see X11 now..
Does anyone have an idea what going on and how to fix it?
