First I would configure IP addresses manually as follows:

Gateway (RH9) -> 192.168.0.1
WXP -> 192.168.0.2
W2K -> 192.168.0.3
W98 -> 192.168.0.4

Also, on all the Windows machines, you have to configure the Gateway to
poing to 192.168.0.1 and the DNS servers.

It doesn't look like you have enabled IP Masquerading on the RH9 machine. Go to:

and you should be able to configure masquerading, which will enable
sharing of the internet connection.

Other than that, there should not be any problems with the windows
machines connecting.
