Command as user (BASH-Script)

Hello,
I want to run a script at boot time. For that I write a script and place it
in /etc/init.d/rc[RUNLEVEL].d/
But my Script is going to be run as root.
Is it possible to execute it as a user or to make it executing commands as a
user?
