Another NewBie

I have just installed RH9, when I start RH9 it runs in console mode How can
I get X windows, Gnome etc to run (i.e Graphical) mode
I tried running startx but it came up with some error, How can I also make
this permanent whereby when RH9 startsup it goes into X
