Newbie: Boot Redhat from WinXP boot.ini

I want to install Redhat 8.0 on a system running WinXP Pro. I hade SUSE
installed on a WIN 2000 machine
a couple of years ago and the I could boot from Win using sript and/or a
file in Windows. I have forgotte how I
did. I want Win XP as default system.
What I want is a the something following when chosing system in win:
1. Windosd XP Professional
2. Red Hat
3. XXXX
Advice appreciated.
