Greetings to all !

I'm stuck with a silly thing :

Box is redhat 9.0

If I right click on a file, I get a list of apps which could handle
this type of file. The problem is that I want to remove some of them. I
tried to use "open with viewer" or "open with" but I get no reaction
from the desktop :(

Where could I tweak this ?

thx a bunch

PS : Sorry for the dumb question :)
