Hi All,

I upgraded the kernel to 2.4.20-27.9. Now I can't get the kernel to
recognize the broadcomm ethernet card (Dell Inspiron 5100). I can
manually load using insmod bcm4400 from the directory that the driver is
located, which is /lib/modules/2.4.20-20.9/kernel/drivers/net. Ran
/usr/sbin/kudzu manually and it ran fine and migrated the settings, but
after reboot the info is gone. modules.conf has line ...
alias eth0 bcm4400

Thanks,
Dante
