I have RH9 installed on my laptop, and whenever I boot, it freezes at the
new hardware check. Either relevant or not, I had to disable firewire when
I installed, and then I had to disable the module in the modules.conf file.
Is the only solution to this is to disable the hardware check? If so, how?
