Total Linux newbie here and I cant find an answer to this anywhere.

I installed Redhat 9 on a seperate hard drive from Windows but I need to
install a video driver so I can run X. I can boot with the command line as
the root and I have the driver package on my windows drive, how do I move
that file from Win to Lin? This is driving me nuts
