Only possible explanation for this is a major screw-up in buying the
wrong speed memory. If your processor is say on a 133 bus and a 66
memory is installed it either
a. does not work
b. slows the prosessor to the 66 bus speed, which means that it is
effectively UNDER-clocked.
I'm not avare of other reasons but naturally that does not mean that
there are none...
