Finally I got the blue "Welcome to Fedora Core" installation screen.
I booted from the Bootdisk and loaded the Device driver diskette to
access the SCSI CD. But, now I trapped. It goes through the media
check of all three CDs that I burned, anacondra loads, the ends
abnormally. When I reboot, I still get stuck in the media check then
anacondra loads and abends. What I'd like to do is a memtest and
other checking utilities on CD 1 before the install.
Another question. Those who are loading (or attempting to load Fedora
Core 1), are you using and following the instructions and
recommendations for RedHat 9? These are similar, but I'd like to read
more about Anacondra, which is giving me grief.
Thanks.
