Fedora, Redhat Linux???

Hey!
What the heck is going on with Redhat. I see from their website that Redhat
Enterprise costs you $$$.
Is the Fedora project actually Redhat or what?
Can you still download RPM's for this version?
Would you consider this Redhat 10 for lack of a better example or is this
from scratch?
Is this version stable?
