That's more bad, it seems it cannot find your floppy disk.
Put a writable floppy in, and don't mount it.
I usually just do
dd <bootdisk.img >/dev/fd0

If you have windows somewhere, there are also some windows tools
on the ISO image, or on a redhat ftp mirror you can make
the bootdisk with (rawritewin.exe iirc)
