I installed RH8(from Linux from Dummies) and I'm attemptin to
setup Apache. I've managed to stumble through it enough that I
have a live server running on an alternate port and can connect and
bring up noindex.html
Now I have an issue, the conf file states that /var/www/html is the
DocumentRoot.
It's formated as
DocumentRoot "/var/www/html"
which was the way it was when I installed.
I added index.html to that directory but I still get the noindex.html
test page. If I add /index.html to the web addr it does pull up my
page but it won't autodetect it...
Any thoughts/suggestions out there?
