recommend a book

Can any kind soul recommend a Red hat book aimed at a beginner, although an
experienced systems engineer.

Looking for the basics although aimed at servers and networking rather than
PC support.

Any release will do like Red Hat 7/9 or enterprise.

Is the Dummies guide any good?
