Hello,

I have FC2 and am learning how to use yum.

does "yum update" do the kernal by default?
Should I do the kernal?
Is it safe to just do a yum update weekly on a mission critical server
or can something go wrong (did a mandrakeupdate once and it never booted
again)... thus the reason I changed to RH :-)

Thanks for any help

Rhys
