ssh error RH 9

    I just did a new install of RH 9 and it won't let me SSH into it from
    another box. From Windows SSH I get the following error:
    Unexpected socket error: 1007 ,ji0
    >From a Linux box I get:
    port 22: Connection refused.

    I looked around on Google but nothing that I could find there made sense.
