In our print service bureau we use quite a few Linux boxes:

  1 - Web/FTP server
2 - MySQL server for a distributed job tracking system (win2k
clients)
3 - Email Server (does everything Exchange does... much cheaper)
  4 - Domain Server
  5 - A couple 400 GB File servers
  6 - 4 TB iSCSI file server
7 - Serveral front end boxes for the iSCSI server
8 - Backup server (running Netvault)
  9 - Timecard/Payroll server
 10 - Main billing server
 11 - Some workstations are dual boot Win2k/RH9 (a couple Mandrake 9)
12 - Probably a couple more that I can't remember right now (usually
once they are installed, you never have to mess with them again)

We do everything we can to avoid being raped by Micro$ofts
substandard products. MS products tend to cost us alot of time, which
costs us alot of money!
