    Hi,

I am having a heck of a time getting audio cd's and dvd's to play on my
laptop. I am running RH 9, on a Dell Inspiron 5100, kernel 2.4.20-31.9,
and using the gnome builtin cd player, xmms and mplayer. Data cd's "play"
fine. Now for the odd thing, sometimes they work! What's going on here?
I'm pulling what's left of my hair out and my wife is driving me nuts!

    Thanks,
    Dante
