    Installing XP first has worked for me. I've install Suse 9.1 Pro 64 bit
    and Fedora Core 2 64 bit versions successfully. Both linux distros
    reconized the windows partition and grub was configured automatically to
    boot Windows XP or Linux. One nice thing with Suse was that it mounted
    the Windows XP directory for me (in konqueeror as Windows/C) and I could
    share files. Fedora took a little more work on my part to do the same thind.
