configuring video card for tvtime on Fedora Core 2

When I run tvtime from the command line I get the following error message:
"Reading configuration from /root/.tvtime/tvtime.xml
  videoinput: Can't get tuner info: Invalid argument"
I'm using an ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 8500DV video card.
How do I fix this?
