You can create a installation boot floppy from the CD, the directions can
be found here;

FYI: Red Hat Linux 7.2 is quite old and not supported, consider using
something a bit newer, like Fedora Core 1 (at least this is more current
and still is supported at Fedora Legacy, google for it).
