I am trying to install Fedora Core 2 on an older system (AMD K6-2, 96M
RAM)
I can get to the very first screen when I boot off of the CD-ROM, but
when I hit ENTER to go to the next screen after probing the hardware,
my screen fills with strange characters like Ĝ and Ĉ, but
they fill the whole screen. I can still see the blue background that
is normally where it says something about checking install media, but
I can't read what it says.
I have tried the CD on other computers and it works fine, anyone have
any idea why it's doing this?
