I just moved to FC2 a couple of days ago and within 5 minutes of my
first logon, I was asked to upgrade. Since then, I have set up the
rest of my install except my pen drive and mp3 player.

It took me 5 minutes on the internet to find the command to install
    software.
If you wanted computers to be simple and automated, Windows is perfect
for you. If you control over your computer, Linux is the only answer.

Before you know it, Linux is going to start beating Windows inn every
respect. And saying that linux is not for desktop I don't agree with at
all. I am an average user who just likes to not be interupted because
Windows shuts down itself and I lose all my work. I also like that I
don't have to worry about too many hackers or viruses.

You need to give Fedora a chance before you get too into proprietary
    Windows software.
