Do not bother with this. rp-pppoe is integrated with RedHat in the
redhat-config-network configuration tool (system-config-network in fedora)
Set up your pppoe connection from there. (Though, if you installed
rp-pppoe tourself from elsewhere, chances are you've screwd things up...)
