I'm having a really hard time getting kpilot to recognize
my palm device. It's a palm m125 attached with a USB cable.
I'm certain that it connects to /dev/ttyUSB1, because I've
synced it at that address. Here is the log I get:
Version: KPilot 4.4.5 (Augsburg)
Version: pilot-link 0.11.8
Version: KDE 3.3.1-1 Red Hat
Version: Qt 3.3.3
HotSync Log
KPilot has been reported to cause data loss. Please check with kdepim-users@kde.org.
14:35:48 Starting the KPilot daemon ...
14:35:50 Daemon status is `not running'
14:35:55 Trying to open device /dev/ttyUSB1...
14:35:55 Device link ready.
I push the sync button and nothing happens.
I can still sync it using Windows, but I'd rather not
use Windows.
Can anyone help me?
