I needed to install the 3d driver from nvidia and after installing
the driver, a message came up stating that i need to remove the
"rivafb module" from the kernel or else the nvidia driver wouldnt work
properly.
That was a correct assumption.
so, i tried to configure the kernel by going to /usr/src/linux and
guess what? No "/usr/src/linux" is there.
Would someone be so kind as to walk me through removing the 'rivafb
module' from the kernel?
Im using fedora core3_64 [probably the same as fc3] I cannot get
xserver to work right now and i need "Tux Racer" really bad.
