    PROBLEM SOLVED!!! Thanks Jacob for your help! Apparently putting in
    the line item "ln -s /dev/hdc /dev/dvd" was what I needed. Fortunately
    I did not need the mplayed because it was asking for items to be
    installed before the RPM that were an earlier version than what was
    installed already. And, of course I do not know how to roll back an RPM
    yet.
