fc3 & mysql

Anyone know why the RH/FC group didn't package FC3 with mySQL 4.1, which
is now the recommended general release
(http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/index.html)?

Might this be a part of FC4? Or is the plan to stick with 3.23 in FC
for an indeterminate amount of time?
