CUPS not working on FC3

I have several machines running FC3. Two of the machines have printers on
them which I've configured for sharing. The two machines with their own
printers can see the other machine's printer in the Browsed queue list but
they can't print to them. A third machine can't even see either of the
printers. Is CUPS broken on FC3 or is there some magic incantation that
I'm missing?
