Fedora release process question

    If someone keeps their version of Fedora up to date by regularly using
    up2date and downloading all the software updates, will the system
    contain the same software as the next release when it is made available?

    In other words, if I'm using FC3 and getting the updates on a daily
    basis, will the software be at the same level as FC4 when it is released?
