A continuation of the post.....
I discovered the ethereal program and was watching the packets go by.
The system makes a standard call to www.rehat.com
Then it tries a standard call to www.rehat.com.mshome.net. Why?
The returned answer is that there is no such name.
Any hints.? The Microsoft help database to of no value as it assume
(arrogantly) that all the computers are running Windows.
