apt (apt-get and synaptic) or use "yum".

I toggle between and love both Mandrake 10.1 and Fedora Core 3 (64 bits
systems).

1) At the moment I prefer Fedora because am so keen to apt tools
(apt-get install....).

2) And FC4 is in test phase. The final FC4 relase will become avail in
Juli and it's gonna include the Xen (Xen Virtual machine).
Actually http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/virtualization/

3) Fedora has better documentation and a *very good* "finalize HOWTO".
http://stanton-finley.net/fedora_core_3_installation_notes.html (for 32
bits systems)

Mandrake has no particular "Finalize HOWTO" at all. I write my own
guide, but it ain't so good as the FC's.
