samba, ldap and windows rights

Hi!

I read many pages about SAMBA, LDAP and KERBEROS. I configured samba
3.0.14a, OpenLDAP 2.2.13 as a PDC.
 
Everything works fine. But I don't know what about Window's rights.

I looked for some patch or something like this but I didn't find it.
You know... I want to grade some right to share not only for
owner,group and other people but for ex. Susan, Mike, Budget Group,
Technicla Group to read and write and Other Groups to read only.

I read some articles about SELinux but I don't have any ideas how Can
I use it?!?
