hi all, i'm pretty new to linux, and i hope u guys can help me out here.
i've installed red hat linux 9.0 on an old pc, and i tried to connect it to
my bridge/router(it's an adsl modem as well). this modem/bridge/router
works with my win machines, but i can't get it to work with my linux one. i
was told that my bridge/router does not have a linux driver. is there any
other way to get them to work?
Thanks in advance,
lem
more info:
my modem/bridge/router utilises NAT and DHCP.
if i configure my linux machine to use dhcp, then activation will fail.
i've tried to statically set an IP, activation works, but i can't even ping
