f-spot install problem

I am trying to install f-spot on FC3. I downloaded and installed all of
the Mono and GTK rpms that were on the f-spot page. When I try to
configure the source, this is what I get:

Where do I get libsqlite so I can get the software to compile? I checked
Synaptic and it isn't listed. Not on any of the download pages on the
f-spot home page either.
