I've just tried $rpm -e openoffice.org and got this:
error: Failed dependencies:
        openoffice.org = 1.1.3-11.5.0.fc3 is needed by (installed)
        openoffice.org-i18n-1.1.3-11.5.0.fc3.i386

I've found an rpm for 1.1.4 for Fc2, but not fc3. Can I use the fc2 one?
