Problem making mail connection; FC5
I am currently running exim4.5 on a FC5 box. Mail to jetvac.ca goes
undelivered. My Box is fully patched. I get very slow response
telnetting on port 25 to mail.jetvac.ca (69.157.195.243) however,
If I use putty or a Solaris or AIX box I get immediate response
220 mail.jetvac.ca Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service Version 5.0.2195.6713
ready at <date timestamp>
Mail deliveries to other hosts are successful.
I have tried with other FC5 boxes and none work.
Seems like there might be a problem on the other end talking with my FC box.
Does anyone have any other debugging techniques I might use? Looking
into tcpdump now.
TIA
