file size more than >2 GB,block size>4096

hi , i'm getting filesize 2 GB only in ext2/3 filesystem in my
linux pc.how can i achieve this ,i tried with mke2fs -b tool to change
th block size more than 4096.
.is there way to change the file size more than 2GB and block size
more than 4096B.
therotically the file size is 2 TiB in ext2/3 file system..how can i
reach this ..
