Red Hat AS and AD 2003

I would like to begin setting up file servers with Samba. I would like
these file servers to be integrated into our Active directory meaning they
act and feel exactly like another Windows 2003 Server. I would not like to
have to do anything locally on this Samba file server in terms of users -
nothing about creating local accounts to match Windows 2003 user accounts
(that's not exactly integrated).

I see so many resources for this an has become confusing, so if you have a
high-level prescriptive suggestion, I am all ears. I really want to replace
our Windows 200x servers but the ACL for files should also carry over. My
goal is to actually copy file / shares from a Windows 2003 Servers to Red
Hat AS servers.

Again, your ideas and guidance kindly suggested. Please do not ask me to
read the Samba guides as I have looked at them and have a general idea. I
am looking for someone who has actually 'done' it. Thank you.
