Question re Galeon 1.2.7 / RH9

I've been using Galeon as my preferred web browser for a while, and
generally really like it. However, the other day I somehow made a change
that I can't figure out how to undo, and was hoping someone here might
have a clue.
Previously, Galeon followed the usual Gnome convention that Alt-F would
open the "File" pull-down menu; now suddenly Alt-F immediately opens a
new browser window (and oddly, Ctrl-W will not close that one).
I've looked through prefs.js, and can't see anything that might be
related. Anybody have any idea what happened?
TIA,
Don Miller
