GRUB won't boot after removing hard drive

Hello,

I removed my secondary master HDD ( with Vector Linux on it ) and leave configuration with Window$ physical drive and Fedora physical drive.

I removed also Vector from configuration of GRUB, but when booting GRUB returns "error 21" and just hangs.

This is original configuration:

Windows was on primary master ( 0,0 ) - chainloded from GRUB.
Vector was on sec. master ( 1,0 )
Fedora was on sec. slave ( 2,1 )

Now when Vector is removed - nothing. I also tried to switch disks
physically but no success so far.

Any ideas ?

Thanks,

Tomislav
